Advertising Terms and Conditions
Goodworks reserves the right to withdraw any advertisement, or will not accept advertisements that appear to be illegal. Goodworks reserves the right to remove or alter any advertisements placed on the website and is not liable for any damage or loss or harm incurred by an advertiser as a result of any failure or delay in listing an advertisement.
Goodworks reminds advertisers that they should adhere to the RSCA's Code of Practice and that they place adverts on the website at their own risk. Goodworks does not guarantee security and safety from viruses or other corruption of data received by the advertiser via email.
Goodworks may allow advertisers to link from the website, but advertisers must obtain Goodworks’ express written approval before any assignment or transfer of any rights and obligations.

Payment

Goodworks reminds advertisers and visiters to the website that all terms and conditions stated are governed by the laws of New Zealand and of Australia and advertisers irreversibly and unreservedly submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand or the Courts of Australia and waive any objection to legal action being brought in those Courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.
With regard to New Zealand advertisers Goodworks requires all advertisers to comply with, but not be limited to, the Commerce Act 1986 (NZ) (Goodworks will ensure at all times, particularly in regard to data protection, that it complies with this Act), the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) (including Section 12 that requires advertisers not to mislead persons seeking employment), the Privacy Act 1993 (NZ) (visit www.privacy.org.nz), the Bill of Rights Act 1990 (NZ) and Human Rights Act 1993 (NZ) plus all equal opportunity and anti-discrimination legislation applicable.
